Why should you trust us with your association's money?

Meet the Angry Red Security Ant. When you see the Angry Red Security Ant with a Server Error message, that means something has gone wrong and he's let us know so we can fix it.

We don't always take ourselves entirely seriously, but we have a different attitude about your money.

Encryption

Everything we do is over HTTPS. That means that when you send any information through our site, it's all encrypted.

Data minimization

We minimize the amount of information we have to store about you. We need your email to communicate with you (just notifications - you'll never get spam from us, and we'll never sell your email to anyone). We collect your name, but we're not Facebook. If it's not your real name, we don't care.

We don't store passwords. We store salted hashes, which means that even if our database is compromised, an attacker wouldn't have your password. Note that if a website that can send you a password you forgot (not a link to create a new one), or if tech support can tell you what your password is, that site is not protecting your information and you should take your business elsewhere.

Transparency

Your Association's Board will receive bank statements every month, as well as an income and expense report, so you can always see exactly where the Association's money is going.

ACH Processing Company

We use ACH Processing Company to process all of our transactions. You provide a bank routing number and account number and we send it to them through their secure API. You may choose to store your account number, encrypted in our database, or you can provide the numbers each time you complete a new transaction.
