We have nearly ten years experience managing properties in Washington DC. We know the ins and outs of buildings just like yours.


We’ve designed a company that can scale to your building’s needs and to the individual needs of your building owners. First and foremost, our company streamlines condo association finances by providing:

  • Automatic collection and transfer of condo fees electronically
  • An online system to handle reimbursements, including reimbursements to building owners for common area expenses
  • Monthly bill pay for regular and recurring expenses
  • On-demand transaction statements to track expenses
  • Monthly budget statements
  • An annual fiscal review and budget recommendations

If your building needs more than financial assistance, we can do that, too! In addition to making you financial life an electronic breeze, we’ll take on the burden of common area management by:

  • Scheduling and meeting up to 3 contractors (depending on the job) for quotes to repair, maintain, and improve common areas
  • Sharing knowledge of trusted local contractors with skills for any work you need on common areas (electricians, plumbers, roofers, HVAC, garage door specialists, handymen, painters, stonemasons, ironworkers, video intercom repairmen, landscapers, tree trimmers)
  • Completing documentation needed by lenders and buyers during the sale of a unit
  • Providing proof of building insurance needed by mortgagors
  • Assisting with annual DC tax filings for condo associations
  • Reviewing your bylaws to ensure they are representative of your association’s practices and protect your needs as an association

Once your building signs up with us, we are also happy to offer services to individual owners. We’ll help individual owners with:

  • Renting, footnote 1 including staging and photographing your space, drafting and posting your advertisement on Craigslist (and similar sites) and responding to inquiries, scheduling and conducting showings, performing credit checks, assisting with drafting a DC rental lease, and setting up automatic, electronic rent payments
  • Individual unit repairs and upgrades, including scheduling and meeting contractors for repairs and providing recommendations on contractors – we know just the person to repair your HVAC, replace your silestone countertop, or do little odd jobs around your place
  • Package receipt and delivery (the struggle against package theft is real!)
